1. Information We Collect

Test data: URLs you submit, test results, and performance metrics. Results are stored for 90 days.

Usage data: IP address (for rate limiting), browser cookie identifier (for test history), and basic request metadata.

Pro sign-up data: If you sign up for Pro, we collect your name, email address, and optional website URL.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Run and display performance tests
• Enforce rate limits and prevent abuse
• Show your test history via browser cookie
• Contact you about Pro access if you signed up
• Improve the Service

3. Data Storage

Data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure (Workers, D1, R2). Test results are automatically deleted after 90 days. We do not sell your data.

4. Cookies

We use a single functional cookie (du_vid) to associate tests with your browser for test history. No third-party tracking cookies are used.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the Google Chrome User Experience Report (CrUX) API to fetch real-world performance data. URLs you test may be sent to this API. See Google's documentation for their privacy practices.

6. Data Deletion

Test results are automatically deleted after 90 days. To request deletion of Pro sign-up data or other personal information, contact us at support@simplisik.com.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
