1. Acceptance

By using debugutils.dev ("Service"), you agree to these terms. The Service is operated by Simplisik LLC ("we", "us"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

debugutils.dev is a free website performance testing tool. We run Lighthouse audits and collect performance data on URLs you submit. Test results are stored for 90 days and are accessible via a shareable URL.

3. Acceptable Use

You may only test websites you own or have permission to test. You agree not to:

• Submit malicious, illegal, or phishing URLs
• Attempt to overload or abuse the Service
• Circumvent rate limits or access controls
• Use the Service for competitive intelligence gathering at scale
• Reverse-engineer or scrape the Service

4. Rate Limits

Free usage is limited to 5 tests per IP address per hour. We reserve the right to adjust limits or restrict access to maintain service quality.

5. Intellectual Property

Test results are yours. The Service, its design, and its underlying technology are owned by Simplisik LLC. Lighthouse is an open-source project by Google.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or completeness of test results. Performance data is collected from a single test run and may vary.

7. Limitation of Liability

Simplisik LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
